A fragrance inspired by the way jasmine tea facilitates togertherness. You may be sharing a weekend meal at yum cha, playing board games in the park, or gathered in the living room for afternoon tea. As the conversation flows, so does the tea, and you take it in turns pouring each others cups until the pot is empty.

NOTES
Top: Jasmine Tea, Oolong Tea
Middle: Osmanthus Absolute, Goji Berry, White Peach
Base: Delicate Musks

PERFUMER

HOW IT WEARS
Opening with the tea notes – jasmine and oolong, like steam coming off a freshly poured cup – Tea Service warms once it hits the skin, getting sweeter and revealing the fruity notes. The fragrance is underpinned by subtle, delicate musk accords that mingle with the earthiness of the tea, aiding the fragrance in sticking to the skin. With a 23% parfum concentration, Tea Service lasts on the skin for 6-8 hours.

LORE LOVES
We immediately understood why Tea Service is Chasing Scents’ bestselling fragrance. Its fragrance is sweet, floral, green, immediately calming and stress-relieving. If you’re a fan of jasmine iced tea (especially the ones sweetened with a bit of honey) you will love Tea Service. We don’t think it’s a stretch to say this is the best jasmine tea scent we have ever tried!

ABOUT THE BRAND
Founded by Sandy Wong in 2021, Chasing Scents is an Australian perfume house dedicated to capturing the essence of tea through fragrance.
Chasing Scents perfumes draw their inspiration from the experience and ritual of drinking tea, from enjoying it by yourself to sharing it with loved ones. Their scents are modern but still rich in their cultural roots, with formulas that use a variety of teas, natural extracts, aroma compounds and resins.
Sandy grew up in Sydney, Australia; where she grew curious about her mother’s miniature perfume collection from Hong Kong. Today, she is a scientist with a PhD in Chemistry. It was during her candidature she experimented with scents out of hours and discovered the scientific mystery of perfumes with her partner.
Many mainstream tea perfumes have a rather extrapolated representation of what a “tea” aroma is, using other notes to replicate the smell of tea. That’s where Chasing Scents is different – they use actual tea extracts to create realistic and true tea fragrances. Tinctures and soxhlet extractions of dried whole flower buds and loose tea leaves are performed over multiple cycles under strict conditions to obtain aromatic concentrates that smell good enough to drink.
